The Packers spent real capital to be 32 picks early on Jaylen Wright, and the board is going to hold them to it. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
