The Cowboys went off the board in a big way for Barryn Sorrell, 77 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.

On value alone, Helm makes the weekend a net positive. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
