San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers cashed the board's mistake on Klare: B.

You build a draft on nights like this. Max Klare had no business being available in the 127th pick, and the 49ers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. The Lawrence reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick No. 27 they get an anchor for the offensive line. Exactly the need they had to hit.
They paid up for Malachi Lawrence at slot 58 when waiting would have done the job. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Max Klare at No. 127 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It fills a real need, too.
They did well to land Parker Brailsford in pick 133, just ahead of his grade. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Kaleb Proctor in the 138th pick is fine work, a shade of surplus and no downside. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Will Lee III slid further than he should have, and Round 4, Pick 39 is lovely value for the cornerback. A minor need, but a need all the same.
