The Mikail Kamara pick is the one that will follow the Titans into the fall. They took him 43 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Rivers falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. The Cobie Durant deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
Pick-by-Pick
No edge and no loss on Sonny Styles in pick No. 12; it is a wash and a sensible one. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
In slot 20 they get a long-term starter on the line. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
A market-rate wide receiver, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Omar Cooper Jr.. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Darrell Jackson Jr. at the Round 3 slot is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.

Isaiah World at pick No. 152 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the offensive lineman. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
They left a pile of value on the table to take Kaelon Black this early at No. 184. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
They will replay Eric Rivers at the 194th pick for years; that is how good the value is. The roster fit checks out.
Robert Spears-Jennings in Round 7, Pick 2 is a bet on their own eyes over everyone else's grade. A want more than a need, though you can never have too many.
Diego Pavia at slot 225 is an overdraft of the loud, memorable kind. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
