Call it larceny. Miller Moss sat on the board until Round 5, Pick 6, and the Patriots did not need to be asked twice. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through safety. The cost of the Henderson reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.
Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the safety spot they never got to.
