When the story of this class is written, it opens with Keilan Robinson at slot 183, a reach of 126 spots that the board flatly disagrees with.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
