The war room fell hard for Jasheen Davis, and it showed at Round 7, Pick 22: 118 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
The Belton pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.

Nick Emmanwori in the Round 2 slot is a gift, value that borders on unfair. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.

Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Chimere Dike at slot 228 is the proof. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
They reached a country mile for Jasheen Davis at Round 7, Pick 22, and the board is aghast. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
The board fumbled Alijah Huzzie all the way to the 244th pick, and they scooped it up. A minor itch, scratched.
