The board owed the Texans one, and it paid up: Billy Bowman Jr., the No. 108 name on the board, sitting there at pick 164 like a gift left on the doorstep. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Good work on the whole, with running back the one box left unchecked.
