Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Ollie Gordon II got past him. The Texans do not have to explain a thing at the Round 7 slot. No fireworks, but a solid B.
The Capehart reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.
They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
