This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Ollie Gordon II, the No. 164 name on the board, stolen at the Round 7 slot.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.

In Round 1, Pick 25 they get a wrecking ball inside, outstanding value to boot. The biggest hole, addressed.
Tyler Warren at No. 58 is money in the bank, a tight end taken below his worth. It fills a real need, too.
A offensive lineman of that caliber at the 89th overall pick is the definition of value, full stop. The roster fit checks out.
Kevin Winston Jr. at slot 126 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Steal is underselling it; Smael Mondon Jr. at the Round 5 slot is a heist with the alarm still ringing. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
