Call it larceny. Danny Stutsman sat on the board until the Round 7 slot, and the Texans did not need to be asked twice.
The cost of the Capehart reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
Good work on the whole, with running back the one box left unchecked.

A premium they did not need to pay, Tyler Booker a notch or two before his time. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
