This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Bhayshul Tuten, the No. 151 name on the board, stolen at slot 241. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
Pick-by-Pick
In slot 25 they get a pocket-collapsing interior rusher. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Tyler Booker at the 58th overall pick is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Somehow Andrew Mukuba was still sitting there in the 89th pick, and they pounced on premier safety value. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
They took Oronde Gadsden II at par in No. 126, which is nothing to complain about. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Taking Sonny Styles in the Round 5 slot is close to grand larceny; a safety that good had no business lasting this long. They added to a strength when a need was still open elsewhere.
