When a board-topper like Xavier Nwankpa slides to No. 241, you do not overthink it, and the Texans did not. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.
They will need Arroyo to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
