The board owed the Texans one, and it paid up: Bhayshul Tuten, the No. 155 name on the board, sitting there at slot 241 like a gift left on the doorstep. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Running back is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.

In the 25th overall pick they get a run-stuffing presence up front at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
They robbed the room for Tyler Booker here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
