Call it larceny. Devin Neal sat on the board until pick No. 236, and the Texans did not need to be asked twice. The bottom line is a respectable B.
The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Job largely done: running back settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.
Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
