The board owed the Texans one, and it paid up: Devin Neal, the No. 83 name on the board, sitting there at pick 241 like a gift left on the doorstep. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.
The Stowers reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
