Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Cam Skattebo got past him. The Texans do not have to explain a thing at the 241st overall pick.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. The cost of the Booker reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.

In pick No. 25 they get a building block for the line, reach and all. A real need, handled.
