The rest of the league will want that one back. Kevin Winston Jr. tumbling to the Texans in pick No. 164 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
They are betting Capehart proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.

In the Round 1 slot they get a No. 1 receiver at a price that makes it sweeter. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Value with a capital V on Tyler Warren in No. 53, a genuine coup. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Donovan Jackson in pick No. 84 is fair value, right on his grade. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
DeMonte Capehart at pick 120 is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Steal is underselling it; Kevin Winston Jr. at the 164th overall pick is a heist with the alarm still ringing. It adds depth where they could use a little.
A top-tier safety at a bargain, Xavier Nwankpa in the 235th pick, plain and simple. Pure best-available; the position was not exactly begging.
