They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Dwight McGlothern, 64 picks early at No. 216. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They banked enough surplus on Lassiter to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
