Thirty-one other rooms let Billy Bowman Jr. slide, and the Commanders were the ones holding the card at No. 207. Highway robbery. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.
They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.

TreVeyon Henderson at Round 2, Pick 29 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the running back. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
