After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.
On value alone, Torrence makes the weekend a net positive. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
The cost of the Hunt reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The trade work was a quiet net positive.
