When a board-topper like Dwight McGlothern slides to the 240th overall pick, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Trading back for volume was the quiet throughline of their weekend.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
