The Packers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Jake Majors fell into No. 122. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
Pick-by-Pick
In No. 25 they get a wrecking ball inside at fair value. A clean fit for the roster.
They let Tyler Booker come to them and pounced at slot 54. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Nothing to complain about; Danny Stutsman went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Somehow Jake Majors was still sitting there in the 122nd overall pick, and they pounced on premier offensive lineman value. The roster fit checks out.
