The Packers spent real capital to be 82 picks early on Hayden Hatten, and the board is going to hold them to it.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

There is no soft landing here; this class has to massively overperform just to matter.
