They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Matthew Jones, 44 picks early at No. 216.

They banked enough surplus on Bullard to cover a lot of smaller sins. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Spending an early pick on safety with quarterback, wide receiver and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
