The Packers spent real capital to be 55 picks early on McKade Mettauer, and the board is going to hold them to it.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Hadden. Spending an early pick on safety with quarterback, tight end and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.
