The Packers spent real capital to be 102 picks early on Dallas Gant, and the board is going to hold them to it.

The Green pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. It is not that Green is a bad player; it is that the Packers had louder needs to answer first. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
