The Packers did not so much draft Dallas Gant as overpay for him, 76 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

That Schrader pick is the receipt they will wave around later. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
