The Packers clearly saw something nobody else did in Dallas Gant, taking him 76 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

They banked enough surplus on Guerendo to cover a lot of smaller sins. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
