The needs board said one thing and the Packers did another, using Round 4, Pick 26 on Javon Solomon while quarterback, wide receiver and other spots waited. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Dial pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Oladapo reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
