The search is over. The Patriots handed the keys to Drake Maye, and the whole operation now runs on his development. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.
The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. On value alone, Pearsall makes the weekend a net positive.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.

Jordan Morgan at the 34th pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. A need, and now a little less of one.
