Start where it matters. The Patriots took Bo Nix to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.
Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Reaching for Ali left real value on the table behind him. That McGlothern pick is the receipt they will wave around later.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.
In the end it comes back to Bo Nix, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 11th overall pick they get a cornerstone up front. A clean fit for the roster.
In pick No. 23 they get the face of the franchise at fair value. A real need, handled.
A market-rate edge rusher, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Darius Robinson. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.

They paid a round early for Jared Wiley in slot 193, more than the board wanted. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Value said wait; Rasheen Ali in the 230th pick says they were not listening. A need, and now a little less of one.
Caedan Wallace in Round 7, Pick 11 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
