You could see the war room lean forward. Dylan Sampson at the 106th overall pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.
The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They are betting Majors proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The back end got a real overhaul.
