Start where it matters. The Patriots took Drake Maye to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.
Every board in the league had Barner lower, and that gap is the story. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Thomas Jr. where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
