If you want a masterclass in dealing, watch the Patriots, who turned every swap into a profit this weekend. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

The McGlothern pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
