Nobody dealt better than the Patriots this weekend: B+.

· 6 picks
· 1 steals
· 3 reaches
The Phillip Webb pick is the one that will follow the Patriots into the fall. They took him 118 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Landing Belton that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.
They punted on safety, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
Pick-by-Pick
In slot 12 they get a weapon on the perimeter at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Tate Ratledge at the 69th overall pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Somehow Anthony Belton was still sitting there in pick No. 145, and they pounced on premier offensive lineman value. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
They went early on Cam Jackson in No. 219, and the value did not follow. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Value said wait; Phillip Webb in the Round 7 slot says they were not listening. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
A real head-scratcher, Donovan Edwards in the 240th pick is miles ahead of his ranking. It fills a real need, too.
