The Patriots spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Tahj Brooks, the No. 115 name on the board, in Round 7, Pick 4.
The cost of the Griffith reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.
They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.
In the end it comes back to Will Johnson, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
