The search is over. The Patriots handed the keys to Jayden Daniels, and the whole operation now runs on his development.

However the rest shakes out, Bishop at that price is a win they earned. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Bottom line, with Jayden Daniels leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
