Some picks age like wine; Jawhar Jordan at the 223rd pick will need to, sitting 77 spots clear of his grade. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D- is the result.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. So much rides on Michael Penix Jr. that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Turner where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
