You can hear the double-takes from here. The Chiefs took Logan Fano at pick 74, roughly 181 spots before his name belonged. It nets out a thoroughly average C.
The Bell pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. That offensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Hit on David Bailey and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
Pick-by-Pick
In No. 9 they get juice off the edge. A clean fit for the roster.
In pick No. 29 they get a bell-cow for the offense, a steep price for the projection. A real need, handled.
