You build a draft on nights like this. Anthony Hill Jr. had no business being available in the Round 3 slot, and the Seahawks did the only sane thing and turned in the card. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.
They will need Burks to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.
