The Giants did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Troy Franklin fell into slot 108.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. They went 4 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
