Call it larceny. Omarion Hampton sat on the board until the 149th overall pick, and the Cowboys did not need to be asked twice. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

If Green pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
