The Perkins Jr. value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback.
Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Pick-by-Pick
Kenneth Grant in the Round 1 slot is the kind of reach that only looks good if he outplays it. It fills a real need, too.
They let Jalon Walker come to them and pounced at the 43rd pick. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Somehow Dylan Sampson was still sitting there in pick 74, and they pounced on premier running back value. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Steal is underselling it; Sonny Styles at Round 5, Pick 10 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. A minor itch, scratched.
Value said wait; Thor Griffith in pick No. 168 says they were not listening. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
A big swing on Taylen Green at slot 170, well ahead of any board in the building. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
DJ Campbell at the 171st overall pick is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
