You can hear the double-takes from here. The Chiefs took Theo Johnson at the 95th overall pick, roughly 29 spots before his name belonged.
Landing Pritchett that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.

Adonai Mitchell at the 32nd pick is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
