Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Ainias Smith got past him. The Patriots do not have to explain a thing at the Round 6 slot. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

Jayden Daniels gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. Van Pran has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
