By-the-book stuff, Barrett Carter at the 40th pick squarely in line with his ranking. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
A reasonable price with a little left over, Oscar Delp in No. 74. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Kyle Monangai at pick No. 121 is money in the bank, a running back taken below his worth. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
They paid sticker price for Jack Nelson in Round 5, Pick 24, and that is fine. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
