The trade table was a mismatch, and the Chargers were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. Every board in the league had Reed lower, and that gap is the story. On value alone, Washington makes the weekend a net positive.

Bottom line, with Ennis Rakestraw Jr. leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
