You can hear the double-takes from here. The Packers took Joe Milton III at Round 5, Pick 31, roughly 33 spots before his name belonged. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. It is not that Bullock is a bad player; it is that the Packers had louder needs to answer first.

They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On value alone, Sainristil makes the weekend a net positive.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
