The rest of the league had time to spare on Anim Dankwah; the Commanders did not wait, grabbing him 95 spots ahead at pick 181.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. So much rides on Drake Maye that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The Colson steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, wide receiver very much included.
